Production Associates
POSITION SUMMARY
The production associate performs production work by assembling packaging materials and placing product in individual packaging to meet productivity goals. The associate loads, unload, and operates automated packaging equipment, assembles finished products, and inspects product to ensure established quality standards are met. The associate may be working with different products throughout the day and packaging may differ based on customer needs

PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE REQUIREMENTS:
• The associate is regularly required to stand.
• Uses hands to build boxes, close bags, apply labels and tape, and package products.
• Frequently required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and talk or her.
• Regularly lifts and/or moves product up to 50 pounds.

PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Read and understand work instructions.
• Package items as outlined in work instructions to meet productivity and quality goals.
• Inspect product to ensure that established quality standards are met.
• Notify supervisors of product discrepancies, non-conforming product, or other issues that do not meet standards.
• Work at different workstations as production needs require.
• Accurately compute and record production data so that quotas can be measured.
• Be responsible for the cleanliness and safety of their workstation, while adhering to all safety procedures and alerting supervisors of observed unsafe conditions.

SCHEDULE & PAY RATE:
2 nd Shift – 3:30pm – 11:45am (Mon-Fri) $13.25
