SUMMARY OF FACILITY TECHNICIAN:
National Food Manufacturing company in Covington, KY is offering a Career Opportunity to an experienced Maintenance Planner/ Scheduler with the ability to carry out the essential duties of this position. This position includes, but is not limited to, the responsibilities and qualifications indicated in this posting.
REQUIREMENTS OF MAINTENANCE PLANNER/SCHEDULER:
• English and/or Spanish, oral and written, communication skills are required
• Must have a minimum of 3-years’ experience working with CMMS systems
• Must be able to work in a refrigerated plant environment.
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook required.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Able to work in both cold and hot environments.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills required.
• Ability to work as needed depending on business need to include weekdays, weekends and overtime.
• Self-motivated with ability to drive plant performance with an effective PM/ work order system
RESPONSIBILITIES OF MAINTENANCE PLANNER/SCHEDULER:
•.Develop, update, and maintain PM/ work order system in MVP
• Work with mechanics on PM schedules
• Train new team members on use of iPad to generate, and complete work orders
• Support mechanics with hardware, software issues related to MVP
• Trend mechanical failures, and implement new PM’s to mitigate failures
• Work with parts team to ensure mechanics have parts needed to complete scheduled work.
• Must audit 10% of PM work
• Must maintain an audit ready 24/7/365 CMMS system
• Follow all GMP and PPE procedures per Taylor Farms requirements
• Follow all safety rules and regulations per Taylor Farms requirements
•Follow any and all additional duties or responsibilities assigned by Maintenance Manager
SCHEDULE & PAY RATE OF MAINTENANCE PLANNER/SCHEDULER:
• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
• $16.00 - $21.00 / hour, Based on experience
