SUMMARY:
Responsible for assisting Supervisor/Manager and Department Team Members in all aspects of Data Processes, Build Instructions, Packaging, Sample Build.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• 1 – 12 months of warehouse experience
JOB DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible to assist Supervisor create and edit The Product Build Profile. This includes but is not limited to take digital photos, Cape System, maintain spreadsheets, also proper use of Machinery, Equipment and materials with emphasis on Quality.
• Technician is responsible to support Sample Tech by provide accurate Build Instructions to produce sample baskets for the Production Team. This includes ordering components from the warehouse to build samples; prepare documentation to support
the Sample process and help maintain clean work space which includes the organization of the sample basket storage area.
• Work closely with Packaging Tech on the procedure of VFI and Packaging Instructions and Specifications. This consists of create inserts (Cardboard, Foam, Molded Trays), write Packaging Instructions as well as Digital Photo shoot, Layouts, designs.
• Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office Product required, such as Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Digital Photography
• Hands on experience building basket samples including taking photos, add photos to worksheet, and print photos. Knowledge manufacturing environments. (If knowledge is limited then the assistant will demonstrate the ability to learn the process).
• Demonstrate an ability to work well with others, including good communication skills both verbal and written. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) verbal communication skills are
desirable.
• Understand, follow and comprehend Packaging configurations
• Strong organizational skills, attention to details, problem solving abilities, multitasking and analytical skills.
• Work in a Team-oriented work environment.
PAY RANGE and SCHEDULE:
- Mon - Fri - 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- $15.00 per hour
