Customer Service Coordinator with Warehouse Experience
**1st shift position**

SUMMARY CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR WITH WAREHOUSE EXPERIENCE:
Support sales efforts providing excellent customer service to wholesale and retail customers.


REQUIREMENTS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR WITH WAREHOUSE EXPERIENCE:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Shipping, receiving, inventory control and/or forklift operation experience
• Ability to achieve a forklift certification
• One to three years sales/customer service experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Computer literate, detail oriented and able to work independently
• Excellent follow-up and follow-through
• An unshakable positive attitude and a willingness to “own” challenges and seek creative solutions
• Previous flooring distribution experience in a sales environment preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish a plus


RESPONSIBILITIES OF CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR WITH WAREHOUSE EXPERIENCE:
• Assist walk-in and telephone customers with sales and product questions
• Receive and enter orders, resolve challenges, track orders and shipment status
• Process customer and vendor returns
• Support Territory Managers to maintain and grow account sales
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Company’s products and promotions
• Stock and maintain clean and organized showroom
• Assist in warehouse operations, including operation of forklift
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Credit, Shipping, Sales, Marketing and Management ensuring a team approach focused on delivering a thrilling customer experience
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Verify and prep merchandise for customer pick up in accordance with distribution center procedures
• Ensure merchandise is loaded and secured in customers vehicle in a safe and courteous manner
• Pull and prepare product for shipment ensuring that quantities and items match sales order.
• Fulfill orders to meet customer requirements and shipping deadlines.
• Ensure all incoming product meets the company quality standards and match purchase order.
• Maintain a safe working environment consistent with company standards.


SCHEDULE & PAY RATE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR WITH WAREHOUSE EXPERIENCE:
• 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
• 14.50 / hour
