Social Media Specialist
** The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented channel manager with experience in marketing, data analysis and optimization techniques.**

SUMMARY OF SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST
As the Digital & Social Listening Associate Manager, you will be responsible for helping to lead our digital transformation. In this role, you will report to the Manager, Paid Search & Social Listening and work across our business divisions (Simple Meals & Beverages and Campbell Snacks, 30+ brands) to drive an improved real time understanding of our consumers through listening across all digital channels.


REQUIREMENTS OF THE SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST:
• Bachelor's Degree Required
• 5+ years of experience working with digital marketing in a complex, global enterprise environment
• Proven technical proficiency with social listening and digital analytics tools & systems
• Proven ability to mine for data to formulate insights
• Proven success with social media and/or digital marketing programs
• Expertise and experience with Social Media and Listening platforms (Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Salesforce, Crimson Hexagon, Netbase, Hootsuite, etc.)
• Expertise and Experience with Digital Analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics/Omniture, Google Search Console, SEM Rush, Google Trends, etc.)
• Experience participating in a wide variety of social media activities including content generation, community development, campaign management, and/or crisis management
• Interest in & understanding of marketing performance data to produce creative learnings and inform the creative development of testable new concepts
• Excellent oral and written communicator



RESPONSIBILITIES OF SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST:
• Own the implementation of our approach to listening across all digital channels, at the enterprise, divisional and brand levels
• Identify unique & actionable insights for brand planning, content activation, product innovation, consumer insights, corporate risk & analysis, reputation management, market research, and trend & competitive analysis
• Lead and inform the right processes that drive decisions regarding digital intelligence gathering and testing use cases to enhance our understanding and drive our capabilities
• Partner with and solicit feedback from business unit teams as part of ongoing social listening strategy
• Meet regularly with key stakeholders to provide status updates, including performance against reported goals
• Maintain cross-team awareness and provide direction regarding listening practices including tools, technology, use cases and business impact
• Help drive the social listening learning agenda to build our digital capabilities
• Draft listening standard reports and marketing research reports based on research designs and briefs
• Establish and maintain a recurring meeting schedule with business partners and key stakeholders
• Develop topics and queries
• QA data
• Analyze data and generate insights
• Create dashboards for ongoing reports
• Create presentations of findings and insights
• Support the creation of internal case studies and communication materials for internal promotion of the program
• Act as internal lead for listening practice community


SCHEDULE & PAY RATE OF PAYROLL SPECIALIST:
• $25.50 / hour
• Monday - Friday
