SUMMARY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE/COORDINATOR:
Local Cold Storage Company in Woodbridge, NJ is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator.
REQUIREMENTS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE REP/COORDINATOR:
• Customer Service experience preferred
• SAP experience preferred
• Problem solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and client interface skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
RESPONSIBILITIES OF CUSTOMER SERVICE REP/COORDINATOR:
• Ensure quality standards and compliance with policies and procedures are achieved when resolving independent distributor issues.
• Work closely with the Field Sales Force, Billing, Credit Operations, and IT teams to respond to and resolve complex issues.
• Alignment with Billing for point of call resolution and cross functional synergy.
• Must make decisions regarding trouble ticket escalations keeping Team Lead aware of significant and critical situations in a timely manner.
• Prioritize work received and complete in a timely manner utilizing sound judgment in making and implementing corrective action.
• Document work processes as required.
SCHEDULE & PAY RATE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE/COORDINATOR:
• $16.00 / hour
• Monday - Friday - 10am to 7pm
