Graphics Coordinator
**1st shift position**

SUMMARY FOR GRAPHICS COORDINATOR:
Global event marketing company has an excellent opportunity in Las Vegas, NV. for Graphics Coordinator.


REQUIREMENTS FOR GRAPHICS COORDINATOR:
• College degree in related field preferred but not required
• 3+ years experience in office publishing applications: Excel, Access, Power Point, MS Word
• Self-starter with independent decision making abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and work well in a high-level, high-profile environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent customer and inter-company relationship skills
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Must be extremely detail oriented and able to multi-task
• Overtime including weekend work may be required
• Shop environment
• Work will involve repetitive motion (i.e. constant keying, using fingers, or grasping of objects)
• Excellent follow-up methodology
• Graphics software application knowledge a plus: Adobe Packages (Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design, - Acrobat)
• Graphics equipment experience a plus: Inkjet printers, Flatbed Printers, Roll to Roll Printers, laminating and cutting equipment


RESPONSIBILITIES OF GRAPHICS COORDINATOR:
• The position involves coordination of quality and program/process organization for internal and external billing processes
• Will support monthly billing activities, material procurement (inventory) tasks and vendor purchasing process organization on a national basis, as well as network with regional graphics managers, project managers, and graphic supervisors within the graphics depot
• Distribution of reports requiring requestor to validate, update, provide action required to close PO’s promptly including the following reports from Finance to include; PO Aging Un-invoiced Report; Holds Report; Invoice Prior to PO Report
• Training requestors in Oracle, responding to reports and working with National Purchasing, Accounts Payable
• Support monthly Depot billing; work directly with PMO office to ensure all PO’s and internal billing is recorded and reported with accuracy.
• Supporting any special projects
• Responsible for providing data entry.
• Track , manage and monitor work orders from conception to completion
• Provide event reporting and billing data and other reports to the organization
• File Management
• Audit Data Entries
• Copy and distribute production information
• Vendor invoicing/purchasing
• Performs other duties as assigned and deemed necessary of the position under the direction of the team leader


SCHEDULE & PAY RATE OF GRAPHICS COORDINATOR:
• Monday - Friday
• 8:00 am - 5:30 pm
• $15.00 / hour
